About the Role:
Landscape Expressions Co is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic company where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for office staff and field crews
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, files, and records
• Assist with data entry tasks 
• Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, and clients
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training a plus
• 1+ years of experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Bilingual
