POSITION SUMMARY: Receives and verifies Drivers deposits, paperwork and charge tickets. Prepares daily deposit, reconciles paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Completes daily route accounting.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receive and verify Drivers deposits.
- \n
- Verify Drivers paperwork to insure all charge tickets are received.
- \n
- Balance all Drivers' deposits and prepare a daily deposit.
- \n
- Preventive maintenance on currency counters and coin sorters.
- \n
- Operates multiple line telecommunications console and routes calls to appropriate person or location.
- \n
- Greets vendors, customers and other visitors and assures that they are directed to the proper office.
- \n

- \n
- Provides sales and administrative support.
- \n
\n
\n
- \n
- Performs general clerical/accounting duties.
- \n
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- \n
\n

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
\n
Required:
\n
\n
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years experience cashiering or equivalent job duties.
\n
• Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
\n
\n
Preferred:
\n
\n
• Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
\n

- Experience with AS400.
- \n
\n
