Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hour (based on experience)

Overview
Our well-established and growing manufacturing-focused client is seeking an Office Assistant to support its procurement and operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is looking to build or expand their experience in order management and ERP systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior administrative or order entry experience, as well as motivated individuals with strong technical aptitude-especially in Excel-who are eager to learn and grow within a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer and internal orders within the company's ERP system
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Review order details for completeness, pricing accuracy, and proper documentation
- Maintain organized records of transactions, orders, and communications
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify order details
- Assist with general administrative duties to support daily office operations
- Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools (primarily Microsoft Excel) to track and manage data
- Learn and navigate internal systems and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order entry, office administration, or data processing preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, MRP, or similar platforms) is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute immediately
