Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring! – Office Administrator (Part-Time)
We are the largest window cleaning company in the United States, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We offer a friendly work environment, job stability, and excellent work–life balance.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week
Pay:$18/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Deliver A++ customer service
- Collect current and past-due accounts
- Enter payments and process credit card transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with National Maintenance Companies
- Use our proprietary Fish software to schedule daily work
- Capture and update employee time sheets
- Manage inventory and order uniforms, equipment, and supplies
- Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone
- Train window cleaners on proper invoice and work order procedures
- File and organize all necessary paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Support general office operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help people
- Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
- Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness
- Reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Office experience preferred
- Proven PC skills and ability to learn our Fish software
Preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (an advantage but not required)
- Ability to create and manage social media posts—including basic digital marketing tasks—using AI tools or similar platforms (an advantage but not required)

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
