About the Role A Williamsburg-based property management company is looking for a reliable, capable Office Administrator to take ownership of a 220-unit residential portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the point person for tenants, vendors, and day-to-day operations - keeping everything running smoothly across a busy book of properties. The right person doesn't need to have done this exact job before - what matters most is that you're sharp, adaptable, and the kind of person who figures things out and gets things done.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant calls and communications
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally
Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely service
Bookkeeping & Administration
Handle bookkeeping responsibilities for the portfolio
Maintain accurate records using property management or accounting software
Qualifications
Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities independently
Basic computer proficiency required
Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, or QuickBooks is a plus - but not required
Property management experience preferred, though not mandatory
