Office Administrator

Please note that this job is hybrid. You will be required to work 4 days onsite in Downtown Denver per week. You may work from home 1 day per week.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to fill their open Office Administrator job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $95,000 and $105,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all office staff
  • Serving as the liaison between staff and the senior leadership team
  • Assisting attorneys with Legal Assistant duties: case management, legal research, document preparation, client communications, state and federal e-filing, etc.
  • Managing all administrative functions including complex calendaring, preparing conference rooms for meetings, generating internal and external correspondence, planning corporate events, etc.
  • Working with vendors to maintain all facilities and supplies
  • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and policies
  • Assisting with managing the office's finances and generating reports
  • Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • All other relevant tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Previous experience with law firm software

Compensation:

  • Annual salary between $95,000 and $105,000
