As an Area Supervisor, you'll serve as an important link between our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Territory Manager, providing hands-on support, communication, and visibility across the market. While this position does not directly manage employees, you'll be a go-to resource in the field to mentor and train new hires, reinforce SRS standards, identify service concerns, and help set our teams up for success from day one.You'll also remain hands-on with merchandising by managing a dedicated service route and traveling between store locations, such as Lowe's and The Home Depot, to support projects and maintain consistent execution throughout the territory.
