Purpose: The Kitchen Manager responsibilities are, to prepare purchase, display and promote juices, growlers, sandwiches, deli meats and cheeses, sides and salad bar and to supervise staff to assist with meeting objectives for sales, margin, inventory turns, labor and customer service.
