Looking for an opportunity to gain school leadership experience while making a meaningful impact?
Guidepost Montessori is seeking an Interim School Administrator to support our school during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in school leadership.
While this position is initially a full-time contract role, high-performing team members may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
As our Interim School Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school while creating a welcoming experience for children, families, and staff.
You'll divide your time between front office administration and supporting classrooms, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how a successful Montessori school operates. Along the way, you'll gain valuable experience in admissions, family engagement, school operations, and educational leadership.
Guidepost Montessori is a growing network of Montessori schools serving children from infancy through kindergarten across the United States.
Our mission is simple: to give every child the opportunity to thrive in a high-quality Montessori environment. We believe education should foster independence, confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning while creating welcoming communities where children, families, and educators flourish together.
If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your administrative experience, contribute to a mission-driven school community, and build a future in educational leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
