Title: HR Manager

Salary: $145K–$185K + Bonus

Location: Boston, MA | Onsite

HR Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary resource for employee and manager HR needs

  • Manage and optimize the HRIS, maintaining accurate employee data, records, and compliance

  • Lead benefits administration, open enrollment, employee education, and vendor relationships

  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters

  • Ensure federal, state, local, and multi-state employment compliance

  • Develop and improve HR policies, programs, and processes to support continued organizational growth


HR Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related experience

  • Strong hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance

  • Experience managing benefits and working with external brokers/vendors

  • Hands-on employee relations experience with the ability to advise managers independently

  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization preferred

  • Technology, robotics, hardware, manufacturing, or engineering industry exposure is a plus

  • SHRM, HRCI, or related HR certification preferred
