We have two clients in the Triad currently seeking this type of support. Both opportunities are paying around $23/hour. If you have HR administrative experience and are bilingual in Spanish/English, we’d love to speak with you!Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant opportunity with a well-established company in the Triad area.This position will provide office and administrative support to the Human Resources department, including front office coverage, employee support, HRIS scheduling, personnel file maintenance, compliance support, and various HR projects.Environment: Office setting with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas; PPE may be required in certain areas.Key Responsibilities:Provide front office support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries appropriatelyAssist with daily HR administrative duties and office managementCreate, update, and maintain employee schedules within the HRIS systemMaintain employee personnel files and assist with compliance documentationSupport I-9 audits and employment eligibility verification processesAssist with FMLA, leave management, and HRIS data entryHelp maintain locker assignments and update inventory as neededSupport employee engagement, recognition activities, and retention initiativesAssist with office supplies, vendor coordination, mail distribution, and general office organizationProvide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with special projects as neededRequirements:Bilingual English/Spanish requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced office environment and support employees at all levelsBenefits offered by APR until you are hired by our client:Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short-Term Disability, Holiday Pay, Service Bonus, Direct DepositPlease attach your resume (MS Word if possible) to the submission.
