• Own your P&L and drive sales, labor, food, and beverage results
  
• Lead a big front- and back-of-house team through high-volume rushes

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a GM in high-volume casual dining or sports bar environments
  
• Full-service and bar operations experience
  
• A track record of growing sales and developing people
  
• ServSafe Manager and alcohol certifications, or the ability to get them
  
• Energy, presence, and a love for a busy dining room
