Unity Search has partnered with a growing, newly public organization to identify a Financial Reporting Manager for its accounting team. Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of 125k to 150k base, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on a growing organization. The company is located in the north Fort Worth area and are onsite 5 days.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead external reporting and support technical accounting matters.

• Help improve reporting processes, documentation, and internal controls.

• Partner with leadership on complex accounting and process improvement projects.

• Supervise and mentor a reporting accountant.

Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of 125k to 150k base, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.
