Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Execute prep, line cooking, and station setup
- Work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members during busy service periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of kitchen or line cook experience (BBQ or high-volume preferred)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
