Executive Assistant - Floater

Responsibilities: Provide temporary and ongoing administrative coverage for Executive Assistants supporting Partners, Managing Directors, and other senior professionals.

HumanHire is partnered with a leading global Investment Firm to find an Executive Assistant to join the firm's growing team in Midtown NYC.

The Floater Executive Assistant will provide administrative coverage and support across multiple teams and senior executives. Please note that this is a long-term contract position, with the potential to convert to a permanent employee.

• Pay: $40-55/hour plus weekly pay and OT

Responsibilities:

• Provide temporary and ongoing administrative coverage for Executive Assistants supporting Partners, Managing Directors, and other senior professionals.
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating across multiple time zones, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with expense management through systems such as Concur.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and internal events.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of Executive Administrative support experience 
• Experience in an Financial Services Firm or similar 
• Proficiency in Concur and expense reporting
