    Position Overview:
    • A fast-growing AI software development startup in the education space, is seeking an Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience to serve as the right hand to the CEO.
    • Be a force multiplier, owning the CEO's time, schedule, and logistics so he can focus on building the future of learning.
    • Thrives in unstructured, high-change environments and has supported founders or senior investors at startups or VC firms.
    • Resourceful, tech-savvy, and don't need hand-holding.
    • Anticipate needs, communicate as a proxy for the CEO, and find creative ways to make more time in the day.
    • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Own and strategically manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing ruthlessly, saying no when needed, and sequencing meetings to align with company goals
    • Act as a proxy for the CEO in communications with investors, board members, partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights and car services, and troubleshoot last-minute changes (e.g., canceled flights, rescheduled customer meetings)
    • Proactively find creative ways to boost the CEO's efficiency, going beyond basic scheduling to remove friction and free up time
    • Handle a mix of professional and light personal assistant duties (e.g., confirming appointments, coordinating a dog walker) with discretion and sound judgment
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • Work experience: Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a founder, high-level investor, or senior executive
    • Hard skills: Exceptional at heavy calendar and travel logistics management
    • Seniority: 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant
    • Work experience: Experience working in a startup, high-growth company, venture capital fund, or investment firm
    • Hard skills: Comfortable with technology and able to use AI in daily workflows
    • Soft skills: Comfort working in unstructured, rapidly changing environments; highly proactive and creative in problem-solving
    • Miscellaneous: Ability to work in person at the Tribeca office 5 days a week; flexibility with work hours and availability outside of regular business hours
     
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Work experience: Prior experience in other business roles (e.g., sales, advertising)
     
    Salary: $150000.00-$190000.00/year
