Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant role is to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative work duties. This role supports one or more leaders of a business unit.
Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
3 - 5 years of administrative or executive support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar management systems)
Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, work independently, and work flexible hours
Strong organizational and time- management abilities, attention to details, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $45,030.00 to $58,656.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
