Are you an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with a passion for helping clients plan for their future? Are you looking for a position where you can make a significant impact while working with a dynamic team of professionals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are a leading law firm in the legal industry, seeking a seasoned Estate Planning Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, including wills, power of attorney, tax, and real estate.

Responsibilities:

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, tax planning, and real estate.
2. Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents to ensure they accurately reflect the clients' wishes and comply with current laws and regulations.
3. Advising clients on potential tax implications associated with their estate planning and suggesting strategies to minimize tax liability.
4. Representing clients in probate court proceedings, if necessary.
5. Staying updated on changes in estate planning and tax laws and regulations to provide clients with the most current and accurate advice.
6. Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' financial and personal objectives.
7. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents as required.
8. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Estate Planning Attorney position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning law, with a strong background in wills, power of attorney, tax planning, and real estate.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
7. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
9. A commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
