Description
Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an Engineering Clerical Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area Engineering Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review general correspondence letters
- Assist with preparation of the following documents:
- Grant/permitting submissions
- Site submissions
- Bid reports
- Utility letters
- Pre-construction documents
- Shop drawings
- Project E-filing on Network filing system
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Experience with creating and editing PDF documents in Adobe or Bluebeam
- Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with navigating an internal network
- Use of File Transfer sites such as Google Docs and DropBox
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Understanding of construction contracts and supporting correspondence is a plus
- 1+ years' experience in a professional engineering, consulting firm, or other technical setting is a plus
