Overview Our client, a large manufacturer of diesel engines and electric vehicle parts, is seeking an attorney to support the legal team with commercial contracts, sourcing agreements, and other business-critical transactions.Base pay range$45.00/hr - $85.00/hrKey Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, sourcing agreements, vendor agreements, and related legal documents.Ensure agreements comply with company policies and applicable laws/regulations.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, finance, operations, and business teams) to facilitate contract execution.Assist with contract tracking, organization, and process improvements.Qualifications Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The position is part-time or full-time flexible, with an expected engagement period of 6–12 months.Excellent hourly rate.If you're interested, please apply to Cadence Counsel ASAP!Employment type ContractSeniority level Mid-Senior level#J-18808-Ljbffr
