Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide front desk customer service support.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements/Education:
  • Bilingual (required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and office software.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred.
