Description

The Investor Relations Specialist will support investor relations activities and provide administrative support to the team. This role is based in Miami and is focused on ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, creating marketing and investor materials, managing travel and accomodations for the IR team, and supporting the CFO as an EA.

This international business is focused in precious metals and is growing their investor relations team based in Miami, FL. They maintain a portfolio of precious metals and are expanding globally.

Description

  • Coordinate and manage investor relations communications and materials.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and press releases for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and events with investors and internal teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Ensure timely responses to investor inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and materials for investor updates.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Profile

A successful Investor Relations Specialist/Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with preparing presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with investor relations or corporate communications is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
