Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing meeting room scheduling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages requiring signatures.
- Support office operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring office and kitchen supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and team members as needed.
- Track and reconcile expense reports for designated staff.
- Organize meetings and internal events, including coordination of catering and logistics for on‑site and off‑site functions.
- Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a shared office environment.
- Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements is a plus, but not required.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 2-4 years of administrative or office support experience; industry experience a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
