Must-have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably supporting at least one senior-level executive High school diploma or equivalent Advanced in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision; can effectively work under pressure and meet sudden deadlines Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and good judgment Nice-to-have Experience working in the financial services industry a plus What's in it for you?
