Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits
Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Responsibilities:
This position is a full-time in an office setting.
Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately.
Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.
Serves as the EBT clerk.
Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Participate in individual and staff conferences.
Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
Performing various backup duties as required.
