Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p. Epic experience required. This is a call center position, incoming patient calls requesting appointments in the Ophthalmology/Optometry clinic. Must have excellent customer service experience and have experience with scheduling. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
