Title: Exempt Administrative Assistant IV - Treasurer
Reports To: Treasurer
Employment Status: Full-time
Terms of Employment: 260 days
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Qualifications: 1. High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred)
Minimum of three years' service in an Ohio public school district Treasurer's Office or equivalent.
Experience in processing accounts payable in Ohio public school districts (preferred)
Knowledgeable of department practices.
Ability to be self-motivated with an attention to detail.
Ability to multitask with ease and professionalism while meeting critical deadlines.
Ability to keep employee, student, and client matters strictly confidential.
Flexibility in meeting new assignments, multiple time demands, and a variety of unexpected circumstances.
Proficient in Excel, Word, 10-key, and State of Ohio accounting software.
Definition: To assist the Treasurer's Office team in the day-to-day operations of the Treasurer's Office
Essential Functions:
Additional Working Conditions
Duties are primarily performed in a standard office environment with frequent computer use and prolonged sitting;
Occasional travel between district buildings may be required; and
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
