Location/Schedule

This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters and is fully onsite, Monday through Friday.

What You'll do in this Role

• Provide day-to-day administrative support under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant to two C-suite executives, including correspondence, documents, expenses, records, and general administrative requests such as coordinating meetings, calendar requests, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
• Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless support and coverage for both executives including tracking administrative requests, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed and provide backup support to the broader Executive Office and administrative team when needed.
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
• Manage meeting logistics such as conference rooms, technology, catering, materials, and other requirements.
• Support executive meetings, leadership events, offsites, and other company activities.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for routine administrative requests involving the executives.

Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.

You'll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership, including meeting coordination, event support, and executive hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms a plus.

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$18.50/hr -$24.00/hr + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
