Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative and executive-level support to management teams and business partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, support ongoing business initiatives, and serve as a key resource for departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of professional administrative support to leaders and business teams.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and/or international travel plans.
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
Create, edit, and maintain business documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Support ongoing projects and business initiatives, including tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-up actions.
Act as a resource and information source regarding group and company policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain effective office processes and administrative practices.
Exercise sound judgment within established guidelines to resolve issues and support business objectives.
Collaborate closely with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to achieve team goals.
Interact professionally with external customers and business partners.
Qualifications:

Proven Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or related administrative support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous Wells Fargo experience preferred.
