The Administrative Assistant III position will support the GYN Oncology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in the Longwood area of Boston, MA.
This is an on-site role, working Monday through Friday, first shift. Following three months of successful onboarding, the incumbent may work a hybrid schedule.
The Administrative Assistant III provides high-level administrative, scheduling, and patient-support services for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. This role supports providers, nurses, and patients within a complex specialty and requires exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include appointment coordination, referral management, surgical scheduling support, insurance verification, and maintenance of the electronic medical record using the EPIC system.

Pay Range:
$21.63 - $29.11
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
