Job Description:


We are a fast-paced, growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy provider with multiple locations. We are looking for someone who is motivated and detail-oriented as well as energetic, upbeat, resilient and innovative to support our operations as an Administrative Assistant/ HR Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams while also assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. Fluency in Spanish language is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the clinical and administrative teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timesheets, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed, including insurance companies, payroll providers, and IT support.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare or ABA therapy setting.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in Spanish Language preferred.
