We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Summary:
Provides high-level administrative support as directed by department leaders and/or the General Manager. This role supports multiple departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Events, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, handling information requests, and data entry
- Completes clerical tasks including typing, copying, and taking meeting minutes
- Greets and orients visitors to the department and/or facility
- Distributes daily mail and maintains organized filing systems, including databases and digital files
- Completes special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Availability to work weekends as needed to support events
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; and three to five years of administrative or secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting senior-level management and/or multiple managers preferred
Physical Demands:
- Works in a typical office environment; frequently sits and occasionally stands and walks
- Regular use of a computer and standard office equipment required

Ability to read and speak English to perform job duties
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose correspondence and handle inquiries professionally
