LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Administrative Assistant job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You must also be bilingual in Spanish.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and transferring calls
• Greeting guests at the front desk
• Providing excellent customer service in person, over phone, and over e-mail
• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding processes
• Maintaining office supplies
• Sorting incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintaining facility cleanliness
• Responding to current and prospective client inquiries
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Spanish
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in Human Resources preferred

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $24.00 and $28.00
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• 2 weeks of paid time off accumulated yearly
