Duties Description The Administrative Assistant 1 is responsible for the primary administrative tasks related to the delivery of employee, agency, and union-requested Partnership training programs. The incumbent of this position is also responsible for activities related to providing customer service over the phone and in person, mail services, inventory, use of office equipment and large photocopying projects in support of 30 staff members at the Partnership.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications •Two years of experience in administrative support, which includes use of office software (e.g., email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and/or office administration.
Certification (e.g., IAAP Certified Administrative Professional) or associate's degree in office administration, secretarial science, administrative assistance, paralegal, business technology, or office technology substitutes for two years of experience.
Additional Comments Work Hours will be discussed during the interview.
