Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements gathering from stakeholders
• Configure and maintain Jira Service Management functionality
• Develop and maintain complex automation workflows
• Develop and maintain field configurations, notifications, issue security and permission schemes, etc.
• Develop and maintain ProForma configurations and functionality
• Develop and maintain Insight/Assets configurations and functionality
• Extend Jira functionality using Atlassian Plugin SDK for Atlassian Server Products and/or ScriptRunner
• Develop and maintain functionality to automate administration tasks (user, group, role, schemes, etc.)
• Work with partner teams to negotiate and develop upstream and downstream data integrations
• Maintain documentation, scripting and/or tooling to aid in promoting configurations across environments
• Perform peer work reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Follow good SDLC practices including source code control, automated unit testing, automated builds, configuration management, comprehensive documentation, testing and project promotion procedures Generic Managerial Skills, If any Analytical Thinking
