Oversee day-to-day construction activities for facility projects within your assigned area of responsibility • Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple concurrent construction projects • Serve as the on-site representative for the organization during construction • Serve as the facilities liaison to the production and deckplate stakeholders during construction • Ensure contractor compliance with safety, environmental, and contract requirements • Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and adherence to schedules • Support submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation reviews • Conduct site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and quality checks • Coordinate with other ongoing facilities and production activities to minimize disruption • Track project costs and support budget control and forecasting • Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, and turnover documentation • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders. Professional certifications (OSHA, CCM, PMP, or similar) Experience with facilities, infrastructure, or government/industrial environments Familiarity with project management and scheduling software Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Time management and organization Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Field-based experience working in active construction sites.
