Professional certifications (OSHA, CCM, PMP, or similar) Experience with facilities, infrastructure, or government/industrial environments Familiarity with project management and scheduling software Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Time management and organization Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Field-based experience working in active construction sites.
