This role requires strong leadership, compliant recruitment practices, organizational, communication, and bilingual coordination skills to source, onboard, and manage teams responsible for unloading trucks, breaking down and organizing pallets, and handling material handling/stocking tasks. Furthermore, this supervisor acts as our company’s eyes and ears on the ground—managing team members outside the office, overseeing on-site housing coordination, handling minor issues locally, and adhering strictly to the chain of command for escalations.

- Handle minor day-to-day employee issues, conflict resolution, and on-site welfare matters directly.
- Sift through matters using sound judgment, ensuring strict adherence to company policy and chain of command before escalating serious issues to the office.
Training Support

- Help organize training schedules and ensure team members understand their responsibilities, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-site support to employees as needed.
