Provide leadership, direction, and support to principals, instructional coordinators, program directors, specialists, teachers, clerical staff, and other assigned personnel. Provide leadership and guidance to principals in the areas of instructional leadership, campus improvement planning, staff supervision, student achievement, school culture, and parent communication.
