Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of FSD operational policies and goals in coordination with the senior FSD staff; Manages procurement processes and coordinates with vendors/suppliers to ensure cost-efficient material and resource allocation; Analyzes operations to ensure alignment with the technical proposal; Monitors field operations to ensure consistent alignment with the Statement of Work; Oversees the reconciliation of operational issues facing field managers and supervisors; Oversees logistics operations and monitors cost-saving opportunities; Interface with all supervisors to resolve Workforce Management System issues; Analyzes Collective Bargaining Agreements to support contract proposals and resolve operational discrepancies; Conducts market research and furnishes operational data to assist with proposal development; Manages, records, and reconciles Security Officer uniform and body armor inventories; Monitors and reviews compliance inspections on QA/QC deliverables; Manages ongoing audit and compliance activities, practices, and process improvements for Operations; Creates reports to identify trends and process efficiencies for Operations; Performs all other duties as assigned by the Director, Operations and Training, FSD, and Vice President of Operations and Training.
