Customer Success Manager ensures customers achieve successful outcomes by coordinating the delivery of APCO’s programs, services, and solutions across all internal departments.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum three years of customer success, account management, project management, or customer service experience

This role acts as a subject matter expert for assigned PPE product categories, related systems, and intercompany capabilities, partnering closely with the sales organization to support new opportunities, develop solutions, select product offerings, and support successful project execution. Own PPE product data quality across PIM and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP and P21), ensuring accurate attributes, descriptions, pack sizes, and unit-of-measure (UOM) integrity to prevent downstream errors.
