The Scoping Manager is responsible for selecting a preferred solution based on input from INDOTs Pavement Asset Engineer, Bridge Asset Engineer, Small Culvert Asset Engineer, design, environmental, and construction engineers and other stakeholders including other state and federal agencies, local government entities and the public. Two (2) years of experience as a group or project leader providing work direction and training to engineering technicians and/or lower-level engineers, or two (2) years experience in conducting engineering-related research applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
