Primary Duties /Responsibilities: ā¢ Provide technical and performance support to the Hazardous Waste group ā¢ Participate to the development of associated business cases and memos for internal GoNoGo (WIN process) ā¢ Provide the overall direction and management of his/her assigned projects, including the assigned personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, applying proper and effective project management procedures and skills ā¢ Ensure the project or assignment is planned and coordinated according to the required schedule, with strict adherence to health and safety, quality and budget considerations ā¢ Participate or Lead technical due diligences of new business acquisition or plant upgrades ā¢ Assist Business Development in preparation of estimates and procedures in planning of projects, financial estimates with a strong focus on operational efficiencies ā¢ Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation of assigned projects ā¢ Develop new process optimizations or pilot new technologies, coordinating some tests with corporate functions (BS&P) ā¢ Test and implement new tools under development ā¢ Work in cooperation with other T&P members for supporting team organization, reporting and delivery.
