Qualified candidates will have three or more years of experience in one or more of the following: mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), commercial agreements, corporate finance, private equity, tax (deal structure, organizational structures, partnership), entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, be able to work in an environment of high volume, deadline-sensitive, complex transactions, and be able to work independently (subject to partner supervision).
