Recruit, select, and directly mentor a cohort of StandWithUs Emerson Fellows in your region through monthly educational sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, and personalized goal setting; provide a similar level of support for other leadership programs in the department like FLI: First-Year Leadership Internship and other student opportunities.
