While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell. Manage the BTO lifecycle, from order generation to completion, including working with the Government on scope development, soliciting vendors, estimating, quoting work, working procurement documents, providing oversight, quality control, and maintaining tracking logs.
