Qualifications: ⢠Bachelor's degree (recommended) ⢠5+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience ⢠Experience managing HR, talent management, learning, or people programs in a fast-paced, tech environment ⢠Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation ⢠Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Communications, and stakeholders ⢠Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. ⢠Develop and maintain project plans, communications, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs, identifying and escalating risks and supporting plan adjustments to support on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
