Position Title: Studio Manager
Reports to: Studio Owner
Schedule: 40+ hours/week
Pay Structure: Base Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 plus bonus opportunity of 20%. BODY20® Studios offer a 20-minute one-on-one workout with a certified BODY20® Coach that guides members through customized strength and cardio programs, allowing for over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout, without any use of traditional gym equipment.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. They are expected to perform retail transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, assist Instructors in opening & closing duties, and stay up-to-date on all policies and pricing options in order to provide accurate information to existing clients and potential new clients.
