The National Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy is responsible for enhancing, optimizing, and advancing the Company's talent acquisition function to support organizational growth, workforce stability, and operational excellence across all communities and corporate functions. Working collaboratively with Operations, People & Talent and leadership teams, the National Director will evaluate existing programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that strengthen recruiting outcomes while creating a consistent and effective hiring experience across the organization.
