Must have extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, expertise across all HR Disciplines (Recruitment, Retention, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, FMLA, DEIB, Training, and Worker’s Compensation), and align the HR initiatives with strategic business objectives providing solutions for both employees and managers. Manages the Talent Acquisition staff, processes, and strategies which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for executive or leadership roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
